The decamping of two Peoples Democratic Party, PDP Lawmakers in the Ondo State House of Assembly, ODHA, Honourable Felix Afe, Representing Akoko North West Constituency 02 and Hon.Tope Agbulu, representing Akoko South West Const. 02 has been described as an act of sympathetic undertakers finally nailing the PDP casket in Ondo State Politics.
These assertions were made by Hon.Ayodele Akande, FCA, Honourable Commissioner for Water Resources, Public Sanitation and Hygiene who comically described the decamping of the two lawmakers,Hon.Afe and Agbulu from PDP as long overdue delayed by their sympathy for the party.
Akande welcoming Hon. Afe and his colleague Hon.Agbulu whom he congratulated for finally following their hearts by embracing the illumination of the All Progressives Congress, APC brightening Nigerian political landscapes.
He applauded Hon.Afe for his courage to bailing out of the PDP sinking ship that such decision can only be taken by an Ideologically driven politician.
Akande specially welcome Afe on behalf of Mr. Governor, Dr.Lucky Orimisan Aiyedatiwa, who is the leader of the APC Party in Ondo State and other eminent leaders.
Saying,” I am very happy to welcome you to our great party,APC and I also wholeheartedly welcome your teeming supporters for embracing the light with you as you join us to build a more stronger APC in Akoko North West Local Government, ANWLG”.
He encourage Afe and his supporters not to renege on this progressive renewed hope endeavor already activated.
Thank God you were not alone on this important move and for taking the decision but with another very articulate lawmaker, Agbulu, who represents ASW Const.02 that also joined the progressive fold.

It also brings addition to this wave of movement that reflects a growing alignment of Ondo State under the influence of our leader, Mr. Governor, Dr.Lucky Orimisan Aiyedatiwa with the progressive vision spearheaded by our dear President, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu, GCFR ahead of 2027 at the national level.
